1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed.
• Non-Processing Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Delivery Timelines

We currently offer standard shipping across Pakistan with the following delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days (depending on your location).
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, courier service disruptions, or remote area delivery.

3. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

• SAFNIC Hygiene ships to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
• P.O. Box Addresses: Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee applies to all orders, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a specified value. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Activation Time: Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.
• Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipments’ progress through the courier’s website.

6. Duties, Taxes & Additional Charges

• All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
• If additional fees are applied by local authorities in rare cases, these will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Handling Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
a) Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 2 days of receiving the shipment by emailing care@safnic.com.
b) Provide Evidence: Share photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
c) Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund voucher, or other suitable remedies.
Note: Retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the issue is resolved.

8. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to external factors like courier service issues or peak holiday seasons.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
• Currently, we are delivering in Pakistan only.
