You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

1. Damaged Packaging: The product packaging was visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
2. Incorrect Quantity or Product: The items received were incorrect in quantity or did not match the product(s) ordered.
3. Defective Product: The product delivered is defective or unusable.

Important Note:

1. Returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind will not be entertained.
2. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and labels for the request to be considered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Initiating a Request

a) Contact SAFNIC Hygiene at care@safnic.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
b) Provide your order details and include clear evidence, such as photos or videos, of the issue (e.g., damaged product, incorrect item).

2. Approval Process

a) Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm whether your return or exchange is approved.
b) If approved, further instructions will be shared via email.

3. Return Shipping Instructions

a) Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:
SAFNIC Hygiene, Plot 29-B, Kahuta Road, Industrial Area, Humak, Islamabad.
b) The product should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

1. Refunds are issued as a voucher that can be used for future purchases on our website.
2. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs

1. We cover the return shipping costs only if the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or if the wrong item was shipped.
2. For any other approved returns, you will bear the shipping costs.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
2. The replacement will be for the same product as originally ordered, subject to availability.

Processing Time

The time required to process returns and exchanges depends on your location and shipping times:
1. Refund vouchers: Issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
2. Replacement items: Shipped within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on stock availability.

General Guidelines

1. Ensure all returns and exchanges are initiated within the stated 3-day return window.
2. Retain all proof of purchase, as this will be required during the process.
3. Any unauthorised or improperly packaged returns will not be processed.
